Booking
To begin your booking, simply complete the form below. Your party coordinator will confirm availability, tailor the experience to your group size and reach out with next steps.
Deposit
A 50% deposit of all scheduled services is required at the time of booking to reserve your party. A fee of $75 will be charged for reservation of the party room for 30 minutes to an hour prior to service time. Once all services have ended, your party will be escorted to the changing lounge to prepare for checkout.
Hospitality Fee
A hospitality fee is added to checkout to support the dedicated team of concierges attending to your group. Parties up to 9 guests are $75. Parties 10-15 are $150 and parties of 16 or more are $200.
Gratuity
For groups of 10 or more, a 20% gratuity is added to all services and shared among the professionals serving your group.
Arrival
We recommend arriving 30 minutes before your first service to unwind and spend time together. If you arrive late, you service time will be shortened to avoid impacting other scheduled guests, and the full service charge will apply.
Food & Beverages
Each guest enjoys two complimentary drinks — mimosas, white wine, champagne, infused water, or hot tea. You're welcome to bring your own beverages and we'll gladly chill them for you. If you choose to bring food, please keep it to cold, no scent, finger foods such as sandwiches, cheese boards, fruit, or desserts. You are welcome drop items off ahead of time.
Noise and Privacy
Your group will be seated in a side area of our relaxation room for added privacy. We ask that you keep voices at a relaxed level out of respect for other spa guests.
Cancellation Policy
We request a 72 hour notice for cancellation. This ensures the reserved time and compensates the providers who were scheduled for your group. If you need to cancel a guest, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund.
