To begin your booking, simply complete the form below.  Your party coordinator will confirm availability, tailor the experience to your group size and reach out with next steps.

A 50% deposit of all scheduled services is required at the time of booking to reserve your party.  If one person is paying, the host may place a single deposit. If paying separately, each guest must call to provide their deposit.  Services with unpaid deposits by deadline will be canceled.

Spa Parties are hosted in the Quiet Room.  Private rooms may be requested in advance through the Spa Party Coordinator for an additional fee.

A 20% gratuity is added to all services and shared among the professionals serving your group.

We recommend arriving 30 minutes before your first service to unwind and spend time together.  If you arrive late, you service time will be shortened to avoid impacting other scheduled guests, and the full service charge will apply.  Service changes must be made before the party date. Changes cannot be made on the day of the party.   Guests arriving late will receive only the remaining time of their scheduled service. Service times cannot be extended or swapped.  Every guest in party must fill out the intake form before their arrival, which is sent via email or text in advance by party host.

Each guest enjoys two complimentary drinks — mimosas, white wine, champagne, infused water, or hot tea.  You're welcome to bring your own beverages and we'll gladly chill them for you.  If you choose to bring food, please keep it to cold, no scent, finger foods such as sandwiches, cheese boards, fruit, or desserts.  You are welcome drop items off ahead of time.  All food items must be approved with the party coordinator prior to your event.  Host must arrive 30 minutes before scheduled services to allow time for food/drink setup in the Quiet Room and to ensure services begin on time.  All personal items must be removed within 15 minutes of the final service ending.

Your group will be seated in a side area of our relaxation room for added privacy.  We ask that you keep voices at a relaxed level out of respect for other spa guests.

Spa parties have a 48-hour cancellation policy; any cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance could result in the full forfeiture of the deposit. Same-day cancellations/ reschedules/ no shows will result in the full forfeiture of the deposit.

Spa party must have a minimum of 4 guests.  Party room is reserved for guests receiving services only.  Outside visitors or children without scheduled services are not permitted.
